I’m getting ‘This app can’t run on your pc’ whenever I try to execute the main exe file. My OS is Windows 10, and all my other specs are up to date. I notice that the exe file is rather small compared to other games I’ve ed from here. Could that be the problem?

Okay, so I figured out the problem to the ‘This app can’t run on your pc’ problem. Inside the .iso file is a PLAZA folder which contains the crack files. You can obtain these by extracting with winrar. The files are BlackOps.exe, steam_api.cdx, and steam_api.dll. Copy these files and replace the already existing versions created in the location you installed the game into.
The instructions were not very clear on this, and I notice others have this issue too, so I am leaving this comment so that future attempts will be successful.

for anyone wanting to play zombies but getting an error :
1:go into the game directory
2:open steam_emu.ini
3:find offline=0 and change it to offline=1
should work
